At Caputo & Guest, we take freshness seriously. Our mushrooms are carefully packed, shipped cold, and sent as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we currently ship to destinations that can be reached within our cold-chain delivery window.

Where we Ship: We ship to most US states that can be reached within 1-2 days of ground or expedited service to ensure mushrooms arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to the West Coast, including:

California, Washington, Wyoming, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, Montana, Utah or Idaho.  We also do not ship to Puerto Rico or any Armed Forces bases at this time.

These locations require extended transit times that do not meet our freshness standards.

Why This Matters

Our mushrooms are packed cold and shipped fresh. Rather than risk compromised quality, we’ve chosen to limit shipping to regions where we can confidently deliver the experience we promise.

We’re actively evaluating expanded shipping options and hope to offer broader coverage in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand or extreme weather, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

All orders are packed fresh and shipped using expedited ground or air services depending on destination.

Estimated transit times vary by location and carrier but typically range from 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note: transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $45.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Expectations

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timing is dependent on the carrier and factors outside our control, including weather or regional delays.

Caputo & Guest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Perishable Products

Because our products are perishable, we recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Proper storage upon arrival is the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us at info@caputoandguest.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Caputo & Guest is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
