Breaded Oyster Mushrooms with Wasabi Dipping Sauce

Directions:
- Pre-heat an air fryer or oven to 400 degrees. Combine the egg, cornstarch and chili paste in a small bowl. Place breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and curry powder in another small bowl. Set aside. Line a small baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- To coat mushrooms, dip mushrooms one or two at a time into the egg mixture with one hand.
- Transfer the dipped mushrooms into the breadcrumb mixture with the same hand, then carefully coat the mushrooms completely.
- Transfer breaded mushrooms to the baking sheet and repeat process with remaining mushrooms.
- Place as many mushrooms as will fit in the pre-heated air fryer without being stacked, or transfer baking sheet to oven. Air fry or bake mushrooms for 6-10 minutes or until starting to brown. Flip mushrooms with a pair of tongs. Cook an additional 5-9 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with wasabi cream sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
